One day, kind of out of the blue, Sylvie moved from abstract art to more recognizable pictures. I think the one on the left is me, and the one on the right is Henri. The resemblance is striking, as you can see.

On another weekend, we were visited by Pop, Amy and the family! They stayed close by us, and we had a chance to see them Friday night for dinner and on Saturday when we visited our new condo and went out for lunch.
That same day, Pepere came to visit us, briefly overlapping with my family. He stayed overnight just before he and Mimi left to go back to North Carolina. Here is Sylvie, deep in thought, as she and Pepere worked through question after question in her new flip book.
Then, to wrap up the weekend, we had yet another little birthday celebration for Pepere on Sunday.
