Sylvie works it

One of my guilty vices is getting sucked into reality TV shows like Millionaire Matchmaker, Top Chef, What Not to Wear, Say Yes to the Dress, and a show that is sadly no longer on...Workout. It took place in an upscale L.A. gym, Sky Sport and Spa, and was all about the drama surrounding the owner, Jackie Warner, and her staff of personal trainers. It was great.
Anyway, on one episode, it showed Jackie and some of her personal trainers recording a home exercise video. In my desire to get my post-partum weight loss into gear, I recently went online to Amazon and bought the video. Little did I know that Sylvie would also be interested in it--dare I say, mesmerized by it. Almost everyday, she makes a request for "Exercise video?"
